I Don't Worry About The Constitution.

Hard Rain Episode-0045 I Don't Worry About The Constitution.

Democratic Congressman Phil Hare (D-Ill) doesn't worry about the Constitution. The dirtbag says so to a constituent who asks about the constitutionality of requiring people to buy health insurance. Of course now he's claiming that he was taken out of context. If there's one truism that all booger-eating liberals adhere to it's that Democrats are always taken out of context as surely as Republicans are always racist.

Another Congressman Frank Lobiondo (D-NJ) is quizzed on his knowledge of the Constitution by one of his constituents. Surprise, surprise he fails.  He mistakenly claims article 1, section 1 of the Constitution gives you the right to free speech, confusing it with the first amendment. Article 1, section 1 of the Constitution actually lays out the structure of Congress.

We take a look at Congresswoman Maxine Waters (D-CA) opinions of protesting the government now versus when George W Bush was president.

President Obama signs a nuclear disarmament treaty with Russia, reducing nuclear stockpiles by 1/3. At the very moment Obama starts the long process of disarming America, Iran promises to strike the US if attacked.

Federal courts rule against the FCC in their effort to impose rules referred to as 'net neutrality' on internet service providers. The court ruled the FCC does not have the authority to regulate the providers. I predict new legislation and new powers for the FCC as a result of this decision, it could be the beginning of the end of a relatively free and open internet.

As worries over the US dollar continue to mount around the world, several Arab states have gotten together to develop a new currency for buying and selling oil. Modeled on the Euro it is being referred to as the 'Gulfo.'

After horrific terrorist attacks on a Moscow subway, Russian President Medvedev promises "more cruel" measures will be taken against terrorists.

Professor James Lovelock, developer of the Gaia Theory, believes global warming is real and will be catastrophic. But he says there's nothing we can do about it.

Obama delays a forthcoming report on Social Security. No matter when it comes out it will say the same thing: There is no money.

The Tiger Woods crap is back. Will it ever end?

A new report says that almost half of all American households do not pay any federal income taxes. 50% of Americans in the cart, 50% pulling the cart.

Finally some good news. The economy added 162,000 jobs last month, while the unemployment rate remained at 9.7%.

In spite of this, initial jobless claims, people who have only recently been laid off work, jumped last week.

Things are particularly bad for young workers. They are defined as people under the age of 25 and they face an unemployment rate of nearly 20%.
